Alzheimer’s in the National Media

Tune in as representatives from the Alzheimer’s Association discuss findings of a new report about Alzheimer’s in America.

  • National Alzheimer’s Association President and CEO Harry Johns appears on C-SPAN Tuesday morning, March 24, between 8:30-9 a.m. He will discuss the 2009 Alzheimer’s Disease Facts and Figures Report.
  • Members of the Alzheimer’s Study Group will appear on NPR’s Talk of the Nation on Wednesday afternoon, March 25. During the 2-3 p.m. hour, study group members Newt Gingrich, Sandra Day O’Connor and David Satcher will discuss the impending Alzheimer’s crisis. Talk of the Nation is aired locally on WSQX, 91.5FM in Binghamton and through the rest of the region on the WRVO stations. Streaming audio is available from the WRVO website.
